Workshops and conferences specific on interstellar travel are a rare occasion. We try to attend and contribute to such events as much as possible, covering topics going from futures studies over motivational, economical and organizatorial aspects of the matter to technical studies of future starship concepts. This has also resulted in a few peer-reviewed publications as shown below:
On the financing of world ships and other gigascale space exploration projects.
presented on the World ship Symposium of the BIS, London, 2011
Organizing and financing interstellar space projects – A bottom-up approach.
presented on the NASA / DARPA 100 year Starship conference, Orlando, USA, 2011.
